  3. Las dejamos reposando y esperarnos a que se sequen si es que siguen mojadas.
  4. En una bolsa vamos a poner chicharrón de cerdo y lo vamos a golpear hasta dejarlo como triturado justo como se ve en la imagen.
  5. En la bolsa vamos a poner queso parmesano, sal rosasa del himalaya y pimienta en polvo, mezclamos bien y vamos metiendo las alitas para empanizarlas. Después en una charola que vamos a cubrir con aluminio las vamos a acomodar.
  6. Las metemos en el horno precalentado y lo dejamos de 15 a 20 minutos a 200 grados. Después vamos a sacar la charola, voltear las alitas para que se cocinen el otro lado y las dejamos otros 10 a 15 minutos en el horno pero ahora vamos a subirle la temperatura al máximo.
  7. Preparamos nuestro plato con medio aguacate (sazonado con queso parmesano y sal de ajo con páprika, para acompañar), también un mix de lechugas con queso mozzarella como cama para las alitas.
  8. Yo te recomiendo que ahora uses un recipiente para verter la salsa búfalo y bañar las alitas. Como en mi caso hice muchas y no quería usar la misma salsa para todas es por eso que me serví en un recipiente pequeño mi salsa y yo las iba bañando a medida que me las comía. Acompañé con aderezo ranch. Y ya podemos disfrutar de nuestro alimento keto.
