- Ponemos una olla con agua a hervir. Y una vez hirviendo el agua colocamos la coliflor previamente cortada por 5 a 7 minutos. Cuidando de que no se sobre cosa.
- Mientras se cuece la coliflor, picamos finamente la cebolla, los jitomates, el 1/2 manojo de cilantro, el pepino y los vamos colocando en un molde.(previamente lavados y desinfectados)
- Ya cocida la coliflor después de los 5 a 7 minutos la colocamos en un colador y ponemos en agua fría. Para que ya no se siga cociendo. Ya fría después de 2 minutos. Terminamos de cortar en pequeños pedazos nuestra coliflor y la colocamos en el mismo molde donde tenemos nuestra demás verdura
- Una vez en el molde la verdura, colocamos catsup al gusto, salsa huichol, Clamato (jugó de tomate) y el jugo de los 3 limones. Sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezclamos perfectamente y a disfrutar!
